Improvement purposes of the City during this current fiscal
year, said loan to be made from Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater,
Florida, to bear Interest at the rate of three percent (3%)
per annum, and'to be repaid on or before June 30, 1959.
(2) The proper officials of the City are hereby authorized
to execute such promissory note or notes and other documents
as may be required to accomplish the borrowing of such amount
from the above sources for the purposes indicated.
