S'IIMEAS the owner of certain of the lots in
PAM PARK ADDITION has requested that Ficht Avenue,
also known as Washington Sty cet, be vacated; and,
vacated;
NOW, TIM-REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY GOM-
MISSION OF THE CITY ,OF CLEARUI-Eft, FLORIDA, IN SESSION
DULY AND REGULARLY ASSE1,.IBLE7,• AS,FOLLMIS: .
1. That Ficht Avenue as it is shown on official
street maps and as it is designated as Washington Street
according to the map or plat of Palm Park Addition as re-
corded in Plat Book 4, Page 56, Public Records of hills-
borough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was for-
merly a part, from its intersection on the South with the
North line of 3urgens Subdivision to its intersection on
the North with the South line of LaSalle Street, is hereby
vacated, closed, and released, and the Ci ty of Clearwater
hereby quitclaims and releases all of its right, title and
interest thereto to persons entitled thereto by law, subject
only to any easement now existing for public utilities in place.
