the Board of County Commissioners of
WHEREAS,
Pinellas County, Florida have proposed to construct

an eight inch water main in Belleair Road from their

ex
isting transmission main at Belcher Road Westerly
117 to Keene Road to aerve certain county areas; and,

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater anticipates ad-
ditional water usage in the area West of Keene Road;
Pal, and,
WHEREAS, it will be necessary for the City to

supplement their water supply with a twelve inch water
main from Keene Road Westerly to Highland Avenue;.
5?m NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
MISAION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA IN

1. That the City agrees to pay to the County of

Pinellas the difference in cost of the proposed eight
inch water main to be constructed from Belcher Road to
Keene Road by the County and the cost required for a

ain of sufficient S12e to serve a twelve inch water

Clearwater to supplement their existing water supply,
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 25th day of August, 1958.
