IsO.r58- ?O4 ~ `WHEREAS$ C. E. Gates has heretofore installed
necessary sewer transmission lines for'the purpose of
serving the area hereinafter described and a sewer pump
or lift station located on Jeffords Street in the vicin-
ity of Hillcrest Avenue in connection therewith; and,
Z'MEREAS, said facilities were designed and install-
ed according to plans and specifications approved by the
Florida State Board of Health and the Engineering Depart-
ment of the City of Clearwater, at no cost to the City,
and said C. E. Gates has requested the City to accept said
facilities free and clear of all encumbrances and to take
the necessary action to insure that the areas for which
such facilities were designed will be served by them with-
out additional cost to the owners thereof other than the
cost of installation of sewer collection systems and tap-
ping and connection fees and charges.
NOW, THMEFORE, DE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM,1ISSION
OF.THE CITY OF CLEARIVATER,. FLOMA, IN SESSION DULY
AND. REGULARLY ASSEIMLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said sewer facilities are hereby accepted
by the City of Clearwater as a part of its sewer system.
2. That the areas described on the attached sheet

of said areas as are not now being served by such system
will be served in the future by said system or extensions
