. WHEREAS, the City Commissioners and Frank
J. Abernathy, the City Treasurer, have been made
defendants in a suit by (George Brown, the same being
No. 49519 Chancery in the Circuit Court of Pinellas
County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, it is desired that said suit be de-
fended hn behalf of the City and said defendants;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLOR-
IDA IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED,
