WHEREAS, the owner of Lots 7 and g of J.
B. Roberts Subdivision is also the owner of that
section of Poms Park Subdivision lying East of
said,Lots 7 and 8 and across Hamlet Avenue there-
from; and,
WHEREAS, that portion of Hamlet Avenue lying
East of said Lots 7 and 8 connects at the South
with that portion of Tuskawilla Street which has
heretofore been vacated by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Pinellas County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, that portion of Hamlet Avenue here-
inafter described serves no useful purpose to the
City or to the general public except for such utility
easements as may be in or thereunder, and it is deemed
to be to the advantage and best interest of the City
that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, IN SESSION•DULY,AND
REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That that portion of Hamlet Avenue from
the North boundary line of Lot 8 of J. B. Roberts Sub-
division as extended South to said Avenuels intersect-
ion with the vacated roadway formerly known as Tuska-
willa Street as shown on Plat Book3, Page 65, Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby vacated
and released and the City of Clearwater hereby quitclaim's
and releases all of its right, title and interest there-
