No. 58-32
WTIEREAS, Joseph G. Schultz and others have'
filed an action for injunction against the City, the
members of the City Commission and the City Manager,
in the-Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of
the State of Florida, in and for Pinellas County, the
same being Chancery No. 4.8$$1; and,
WHEREAS, it is desired that the City Attorney
and the Assistant City Attorney be authorized, collectively
and individually, to represent and defend the defendants
in said cause;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CW_
MISSIOI'T OF THE CITY OF CLEAffldATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION
DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney and the Assistant City
Attorney of the City of Clearwater, are authorized and dir-
ected collectively-or.'individually to represent and defend
the defendants in that certain Chancery Cause No. 4$$81
now pending in the Circuit Court of the bixth Judicial Cir-
