WHEREAS, parking meters have heretofore been in-
stalled,on .Clearwater Beach, in the City of Clearwater,
and it is desired to make definite, authorize, ratify
and confirm the establishment of parking zones in which
parking meters shall, be established;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF CZEARWATEft, FLORT.DA, ' IN SESSION
DULY AND REGULARLY ASSDIBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following areas on Clearwater Beach,
Clearwater, Florida, are hereby designated as parking
zones, along and within which the City Manager shall cause
to be installed parking meters, and shall cause parking
meter spaces to be designated:
Both the East and West sides of !Mandalay Avenue
from Baymont Street South to ?Marianne Street.
The East, North and West sides of the area
marked "Park$' on City. Park Subdivision, the
' East side of, lots 3 'and 4 of City ParkSub-
divisi.on., the.Vlest side of Gul.fview Blvd.
from the Forth .side of First Street South
to the South side of Fifth Street, and the
area ad'acent to and North of the Clearwater
Marina kildi.ng, South of Causei4ay Blvd.
2. Effective this data, such designation is made,
ratified and confirmed.
