WHEREAS, the State Road Department of Florida
has heretofore assumed as a project, designated as
Sec. 1560, the extension of myrtle Avenue within the
limits of the City of Clearwater, Pinellas County,
Florida; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been furn-
ished with necessary alignment and right-of-way re-
quirements for said project from the South to Palmetto
Street within said City; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that said
pxoject.be extended North of Palmetto Street to an in-
tersection with Alternate U.S. 19;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, IN.SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED, AS-FOLLOWS:
1, That the State Road Department is requested
to designate and furnish the City of Clearwater, Florida,
with an alignment map and right-of-way requirements for
the extension of Sec. 1560 from Palmetto Street in the
City of Clearwater Florida, North to an intersection
with Alternate U, 6. 19.
2. That a certified copy of this liesolution be
furnished:
