WHEREAS, State Road 60 is a State designated
and maintained highway running from the Easternmost
limits of the City of Clearwater to the Western lim-

arterial highway through said City, is heavily traveled
and is of utmost importance to, the City; and,

is dust arising therefrom; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed urgently necessary and de-
sirable,that said highway be repaired;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION
DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS.FOLLOWS:
1. That the State Road Department of Florida is
requested to give immediate attention to the repair of
State Road 60 within the limits of the City of Clearwater..

2, That a certified copy of this Resolution be
