WHEREAS, Section 79 oft 1> he Charter of the City
of Clearwater, Florida, authorized the establishment
by the City Commission of a City Zoning and Planning
Board to consist of not less than six nor more than

year to year, or for such period of time as the City

Planning Board as the members of the City Zoning and
Planning Board and to delegate to such Board the duties as

sist of the present members of the City Planning Board whose
members shall serve without compensation for a term ending
at the second meeting of the City Commission in January, 1959,
or as soon thereafter as their successors shall be appointed.
2. That in addition to the duties prescribed for

3. That all requests for amendment to the City
Zoning Act and Map shall be initially referred to said
