WHEREAS, the City has requested permission of
the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company to install a
storm sewer line under the main line track of that
Company at Turner Street and East Avenue in said City
and under spur track SY-28 at Turner Street in Clear-
water; and,
WHEREAS, the Company has indicated its agree-
ment to do so upon the execution by the City of an agree-
ment with the Company concerning the same, the execration
of which agreement requires the consent of theCity Com-
mission; and,
WHEREAS, said agreement is in proper form and it
is to the interest of the City to execute the sane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION-OF THE CITY OF CLMRWATER, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
City Manager and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City, that certain agreement dated
November 5, 1957, with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Com-
pany whereby the Company authorized the City to install the
storm sewer lines above referred to, under the terms and
conditions as set out in said agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1957.
