WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, by Resolution
No.'56-44 has heretofore adopted a map containing the
official street names within the City; and,
WHEREAS, prior to the adoption of said map,
that certain street or way running through Hamilton
Subdivision from Druid Road on the South, East to Ft.
Harrison Avenue, was known as Hamilton Crescent; and,
WHEREAS, said street map changed the name there-
of by designating the North-South way as Hamilton Avenue
and the East-West way as Crescent Street; and,
WHEREAS, the residents in said area have request-
ed that the name of said ways be changed so that said
street and avenue shall be known as Hamilton-Crescent
and it is deemed desirable to do so;
NOW, THEREFOAR, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
14ISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, in session
duly and regularly assembled, as follows:
1. That the road or way in Hamilton Subdivision
running North and South from Druid and East and West to
South Ft. Harrison Avenue be designated and named Hamil-
ton Crescent.
2. That the official street map of the City of
Clearwater be changed to so indicate.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS AL DAY OF OCTOBER,
