WHEREAS, after public hearing o n the 5th day of
March 195 b the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
, ,
Florida, determined that certain work and improvements hereinafter `
described should be done and made; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto said improvements have been
made as follows:
Construct an eight inch sanitary sewer, concrete
curb, thirty food pavement and necessary drain-
age in Turner Street from the East line of Green-
wood Avenue to the West line of Missouri Avenue.
The properties facing and abutting these improvements are deemed
to derive spedial benefits therefrom.
'4HEAEAS, under the provisions of Section 123 and other per-
tinent provisions of the City Charter, after said improvements shall
have been completed, the City Commission shall assess the cost thereof
against the properties facing and abutting and receiving benefits from
thereby and the pro-rata cost thereof shall be assessed against such
property;
NO-1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, Iff SESSION DULY AND REGU-
LARLY ASSEMBLED, AS i'OLLO';rS:
1. That the above described improvements in the area
of Turner Street from the East line of Greenwood
Avenue to the West line of Missouri Avenue
be and the same are hereby accepted and approved as having been completed.
2. That the following described properties facing and abut-
ting and in the vicinity of the aforesaid improvements are hereby deemed
to have been benefitted by said improvements in the following proportions
of the cost thereof, and the same are hereby assessed in accordance
with the following schedule:
