WHEREAS, the present owners of the-property covered
by the portion of the plat thereof as hereinafter describ-
ed have requested that the same be vacated; and,
WHEREAS, said property has never been opened to pub-
lic usQ, is not now improved, and the present owners there-
of have presented to the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater for approval'a.replat thereof which is accept-

WHEREAS, it is,deemed advisable and to the beat in-
terest.of the City that the portion of the plat hereinafter
described be vacated;
