RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CON,MISSION OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER ADOPTING A BUDGET FIXING THE
RATE OF TAXATfONy AND GIVING NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Clearwater,
FioAda, has submitted an estimate of the amount of money
necessary to carry on the City Government for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 1957, and ending June 30, 1958;
and,
WHEREAS, the estimated income to be received by the
City during said period from ad valorem taxes and other
sources has been submitted to the City Commission; and,
WHEREAS, the City Commission has, in special meet-
ing duly assembled, examined carefully, considered, and
approved the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission
of the City of Clearwater, Florida, in session duly and re-
gularly assembled, as follows:
1. That the City Manager's Annual Report and Budget
for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1957, and ending June
300 1958, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk and
is by reference made a part • hereof, and of which the fol-
lowing schedule is a summary, is hereby adopted as the Bud-
get for the City of Clearwatcr:

2. That it is hereby determined that a tax of 13.

1957, for the purpose of holding a public hearing.upon said
