WHEREAS, the plat of Drew Heights Subdivision
as recorded in Plat Book,/Page 101, Public records of Pine-
llas County, Florida, indicates the existence of a lb ft.
alley running East and West between Blocks A and B thereof;
and,
WHEN;EAS, the said alley is not now and has not been
used by the City or general public, is not necessary for fut-
ure use, and it is to the best interest of the City and the
general public to vacate the same;
NO;J0 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CODMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARITATEa, FLOdIDA, in session'duly and regu-
larly assembled, as follows:
1. That the alley between Blocks A and B of Drew
Heights Subdivision as the same is recorded in Plat Book 11,
Page 101, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, serves
no useful purpose to the City or the general public and the
same is hereby vacated and released, and the City of Clear-
water hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title
and interest in and to said street or alley.
