WHEREAS, Resolution No. 56-14 making the assessment for • . i.?.???„ia";
the installation of sanitary sewers in the area between Gulf-to-
Bay, Druid, Phoenix and Hillcrest Streets and Avenues in the
City of Clearwater, Florida, was adopted an September 240 1956,

WHEREAS, an error was made in spreading said assessment
in that Lots 14 and 15, less the North 55 feet thoreof, of Long-

view Subdivision, as the property of Walter E. Hass, was assessed

WHEREAS, actually; the assessment should have been against
the South 69.9 feet of said Lots 14 and 25, the property of 'Walter
E. Hass, in the sum of 722108; and
WHEREAS, said assessment should be corrected and in order
that the same may be done, it will be necessary for the. City to
pay for the difference is the sum of $151.73 resulting from the
error in said aasessment;
NOSd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of
Clearwater; Florida, in session duly and regularly assembled,
an rollows:
1. That the assessment against the property of Walter E.
Hass, described as Lots 14 and 15, lees the North 55 feet there-
of, in the total sure of $376.11 is hereby amended to provide
far an assesament against the property of said Walter E. Hass
described as the South 69.9 feet of Lots 14 and 15 of Longview
Subdivision, in the amount of $224.3$.
20 That the City of Clearwater shall bear the cost of
the difference resulting from said error, in the sum of 4151.73-
3. That in 'all other respects said Resolution No. 56'-14
be and the same Is hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
