VYr r ', by the wraters of Clearwater Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico, and
:.. WHEUEAS, a considerable portion of Clearwater Harbor is

within the city limits and the City has, through the years, ac-
quired ownership to a large amount of the shore lane in order
to preserve the waterfront for the public, and
ti' HMEAS, much of the submerged land in Clearwater Harbor

Florida and it is desired to request the Trustees of the Inter-

merged land available to the City of Clearwater for public pur-
poses, only;
