WHEREAS the City of Clearwater Florida has heretofore

received an easement dated March 3, 1941, from the then owners
of certain lots in Block B of Oak Hills Subdivision for a storm
sewer which had previously been installed across certain of the lots therein and
WHEREAS, by virtue of an agreement with the present owner
of said property, said storm sewer previously existing has been
relocated so that it now traverses the eastern edge of lots $, 6,
4 and 2 of said block and the northern edge of lots 2 and 1 on
dedicated public right of way and there is no longer need for or
use of easement granted the City as aforesaid, and the same should
be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of
the City of Clearwater, in session duly and legally assembled as
follows:
1. That the easement heretofore used by the City and here-
tofore specifically granted the City by virue of that certain sewer
easement dated March 3, 1941, as recorded in Deed Book $$1, on page
'17,•Public itecords of Pinellas County, Florida, running diagonally
from the Southeast to the Northwest across Block B of Oak Hills
Subdivision, and more specifically across the following described
lots:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and $, Block B. Oak Hills Subdivision
according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat _
Book 7, page 66, Public Records of Pinellas County,, Florida.
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY vacated and released and the City
of Clearwater quit claims and releases all of its right, title and
interest in and to said casement to the present owners of said property.
