IMEREAS1 the.City Of Clearwater, Florida, has hereto-

-f ore paid into a separate fund'designated as the "Cifr
Fund" all tronies received by it from the Reverage Dopartment or
the State of Florida, in accordance with Bill 18-1, 194.0, Extra-
ordinary Session of the Legislature of the State of Florida, and
.111EREAS, Cigarette Tax Funds are treated and utilined
as General Fund Revenue, and
the Cigarette Tax Law requires the City

NOW, THEREFORE. BF IT RESOLVED by the City Commission
of the City of Clearr.-tater, Florida, in session duly and regularly
assembled as follows:
1. That all Cigarette Tax Funds received by it shall
