RESOLUTTON
0
WHEREAS, Briley, Wild and Aasociates were retained by the
City of Clearwater as Consulting Engineers by contract dated
November 10, 1953, and
I -REAS, the said Consulting Engineers were retained for
THE
resident supervision of construction under letter dated December 29,
which was approved by the City Connission of the City of Clear-
1955,
water, Florida, on February 6. 1956, and
MIEREAS, said Engineers have performed services in the nature
of consultation during construction and in accordance with the terms
of said contract and have performed services of supervision of con-
struction according to the terms of said letter and
WHEREAS there is due and payable said Engineers from the
City of.Clearwater the sum of 05,213-94 for the foregoing considerations,
according to the statement of said Engineers dated March 27, 1956, a
copy of which is hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof.

NOW, THEIMFORE, BE IT RE-SOLVED by the City Commission of the
City of Clearwater, Florida, in session duly and regularly assembled
as follows:
1. That the BUM Of ?5,213.94 be paid from the onstructionL
Trast Fund by The First National Bank of Clearwater, Gleari
;ater,
Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement
dated Hovember 28, 1955? which Construction Trust Fund is derived
from proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series
of 1955.

2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered
forthwith to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute
the direction of the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the
foregoing sun directly to,the said Engineers forthwith in compliance
with Section 3(b) and other provisions of said Construction Trust
Fund Agreement.
