WHEREASS The Upper Pinellas County Regional Planning
Cominission has been established for the purpose of corrie,
lation. of physical improvements of common interest's to the
upper Pinellas County community, and.
WHEREAS, this is a vital and necessary matter and
important to the citizens and City of Clearwater, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commis-
sion of the City of Clearwater, Florida, in session duly
and regularly assembled as follows.*

hereby confirms and ratifies the Charter of the.Upper
Pinellas County Regional Planning Commission, and the'Gity,
Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a copy of this''
