MIMEAS, the City of Clearwater has purchased the

of-wa a continuous right-of-way for Myrtle Avenue from the
intersection of Fort I{arrison Avenue and Lakeview Road on the
South to Drew Street on the North, and

widths heretofore specifically approved by the County of
Pinellas and the Florida State Road Department,
