tMMEAS, after Public Bearing on March 21, A, D. 1955,
the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, determined
that certain work and improvoments,horeinafter described should
} be done and made, and
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto said inprovements have been
made as follows:
Construct-an Eight (8) Inch Sanitary Sewer and Appur-
tenances in Park Street from the Nest line of San Remo
Avenue to a point approximately 510 feet East of the
West Line of San Remo Avenue and in Park Street from

Gulf to Bay Boulevard and in Pierce Street from the

yard and in San Remo Avenue from the North lire of Park
Street to a point approximately 580 feet South of the
North line of Park Street and in the Easterly side of
