north by Franklin'Street, on the south by
Court Street on the west by Myrtle Avonuo and
on the east by Prospect Avenue, AND
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 173 and other per-
tinent provisions of the City Charter, after said improvemonts

3, That if the assessments herein made are not paid within
'e thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the City Treasurer is hereby
directed to issue and sell certificates of indebtedness under
Soction 124 of.the City Charter, which certificates shall bear
interest at the rate of 8j per annum against the foregoing properties
for the assessments herein made immediately upon the expiration of
the foregoing thirty-day period.
