It N SOLUTION
WIIHIII;AS, on June 25th, 1951 this Commission
adopted n solemn resolution opposing any filling or dredging
Dunedin waterfront; and
WHEREAS, this Commission is strongly in accord
with the sentiment expressed in such resolution and desires to
talte necessary steps to prevent any filling in this area; and
MIGRLAS, certain of the property owners in this
area have agreed to restrict their right to construct fills
providing a similar agreement is obtained for all property lying
between the southerly boundary of I'loridena Subdivision according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 34,
public records of Pinellas County, Florida, on the South, to the
southerly boundary of Aberdeen Street in Dunedin, Florida, on
the Nortrh, and have requested the City to execute a similar
agreement, copy of' hich is attached hereto;

Commission or the City of Clearwater, that this Commission is still
definitely opposed to any rilli.n.- or dredging operations along
the Clearwater - Dunedin waterfront; and
BL IT FURTHER R1.50LVE-0 by the City Commission of
the City of Clearwatet- that the proper officers or this City be
and they are hereby authorized to execute an agreement not to
fill the land oumed by the City in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the proposed agreement attached hereto.
THIS Resolution passed and adopted by the City
CoMnII.ssion of the City of Clearwater at its re;ular meeting this
4th day of April
