WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, has erected a
6 now Municipal Baseball Stadium in keeping with the Cityts leadership
in development of recreational facilities, which stadium characterizes
the suitability of Clearwater for and the interest of residents and
3 visitors in athletic and recreational activities, and ;.
WHEREAS, City Commissioner Jack Russell has given unstin-
tingly of his time and efforts, in addition to his other duties and '`';:•
obligations, to the many aspects of the accomplishment of the erection
of said stadium, and has, in fact, been a primary, moving; factor in
securing this improvement for the residents of and visitors to the ;.•:?4•.
