WHEREAS, a confusing situation' has arisen as a result
of the designation of a street known' as Overbrook Street,
which street runs from Betty Lane to Kings Highway, said con-
fusion resulting from the fact that there is already a street
designated as Overbrook Avenue within the City of Clearwater ! ?ry;
and
WHEREAS, after due consideration the City Commission
has determined that the best interests of the City of Clear-
water, its citizens and visitors will be served by'changing
