WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Pinellas
County, Florida have by Resolution adopted the State Registration

WHEREAS, by Resolution dated the 20th day of September
A. D. 1954, the City of Clearwater adopted the State Permanent P? Lg;
Registration System as provided in Section 98.141, Florida
is Statutes, 1953, and pursuant to Section 98.091, Florida Statutes,
1953, and
WHEREAS it is the considered opinion of the City Commis-

benefit of the City of Clearwater and to the County of Pinellas
to change precinct lines from time to time in such a manner as
