Highway 119 within the City limits of the City of Clearwater,
Cleveland Street and Gulf-to--Bay Boulevard which is State Highway

Street which is state Highway #590 within the City limits of the
City of Clearwater and extending Easterly to state Highway #19,

the instance of state Highway #590, badly in need of widening as
