2. That thoro are practical diffl.culties and -unnoaos-
sorry hardships in oarrying out the present zoning classifications
of 11--1 with regard to said ,property, and that it is in harmony
with the general purpose anti intent of the City Zoning Ordinance,
and that the public health, safety, and general welrare will'bo
secured and substantial justico done if said zoning restrictions
are varied by allowing and permitting the erection of a church
building on, said property.
3. That upon the application therefor and due compli-
ance with all other laws and regulations of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, a hermit for the erection of a church building on said
property may be granted; provided, however, that in all other res-
pects the zoning laws of the City of Clearwater, Florida, affeCt-
ing said property shall not be changed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, A. D. 1853.
