2. That certain properties facing and abutting
said Sanitary Sewer improvements are hereby deemed to have
been benefited by said improvements in the following proportions
of the cost thereof and the same are hereby assessed in accordance
with the schedule hereto attached and by reference made a part
hereof.
3. That if said assessments herein made are not
paid within ten (10) days from the making hereof, this Commission
shall thereafter by formal action approve the issuance of improve-
ment certificates against said property for which assessments
are herein made.
