Construct an 8 inch V. C. the sanitary sower and
appurtenances in Evergroen Avenue from the existing
sanitary sewer in Pierce Street noWiorly to a point
approximately 10 feet south of the north line of
Franklin Street, a distance of approximately 370 feet
and construct an 8 inch sanitary sewer and appurte-
nances between Tats 6 and 9, Block 4, TAGUM]MI 5UIMI-
VISION easterly from a point approxLnately 10 feet
east of the west line of Evergreen Avenue to the
east line ofr`Lots 6 and 9, a distance of approxi-
mately 200 feet,.and construct an 8 inch sanitary
sewer and appurtenances in Franklin Street from a
point approximately 10 feet east of the west line of
Evergreen Avenue easterly, a distance of approxi-
mately 290 feet.
MEFMA,S,'under the provisions of Section 123 and other pertinent
provisions of the City Chartcr, after said improvements shall have been
completed, the City Goivaaission shall assess the cost thereof against the
properties especially benofibe4 thereby and facing and abutting the afore-
said'improvements so made, and
WHEREAS, certain parcels of real estate faring and abutting said
improvements have been benefited by the said improvements and the pro--rata
cost thereof shall be assessed against said parcels.
NOW, TfMFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, Florida, in session duly and regularly assembled, as follows:
1. That the above described improvements in Franklin Street and
Evergreen Avenue be and the samao are hereby accepted and approved as having
been completed.
2. That the following described properties facing and abutting
said Sanitary Sewer improvements are hereby deemed to have been benefited
by said improvements in the following proportions of the cost thereof and
the same are hereby assessed in accordance with the following schedule,
