Commission of the Gity of Clearwater, Florida, determined that certain work
and improvements hereinafter described should be done and made, and
provisions of the City Charter, after said improvements shall have been eom-
ploted, the City Commission shall assess the cost thereof against the properties
especially benefited thereby and abutting upon or located in the vicinity of
vicinity of said improvements have been benefited by said improvements and the
pro-rata cost thereof shall be assessed against said parcels.
