1+ IMEAS, Drew Street in the City of Clearwater, Pinollae. County, Florida.,
which street is designated as State Road {590, is an arterial traffic facility for
ingress and ogress to and from the City of Clearwater from now U. S. Route #190 and
,;',=•t; IMEREAS, the opening of now Us S. Route #19 has caused a large additional
volume of traffic to use the said Drew Stroot, and

111 ER A.S, the said Drew Street in the most convenient route for intor-city
traffic between the cities of Clearwater and Safoty Harbor, and
r,.,='',, ,,:. '• 1. 1IMEiEASS, both the condition and the width of the said Drew Street are
w:{`•: inadequate to serve the traffic demands placed upon said Drow Street, and
WHEREAS, the width of the present right-of-way of Drew Street is an average
of sixty-six (66) feet, and

widening and resurfacing that portion of Drew Street which lios between Stevenson

cooperate in the widening and resurfacing of Drew Street otherwise known as Route # 590,
