WHEREAS the City Commission of the City of Clearwater
Florida, has heretofore passed a resolution relative to the
s widening of Missouri Avenue within the city limits of the City of Clear-
water, said resolution having been passed and adopted on the fourth day
of March, A. D. 1952, and
WHEREAS it has come to the attention of the City of Clearwater
that the list of parcels of land set out in a schedule that was prepared
