Commission having determined that there was no sufficient 'reason
why said improvements should not be made
City of Clearwater,
Florida, in season duly and legally assembled:
1.
That objections to said improvements were orfered at the
public hearing aforesaid by persons interested in the improvements
hereinarter described, which objections were recorded in the minu~es
of the meeting and were overruled by the Commission and were found,
and are hereby found to be insurficient by tho Commission and the
Commission further finds that it io deemed advisable, necessary and
to the best interests of the
said City that the following work and
public improvements he done therein, to wit:
Construct a 27" storm sewer and appurtenances in CheGtnut
Street .from the intersection of Chestnut Street and Court
Street to the existing )6" storm sewer on the West side of
Myrtle Avenue, a distance of approximately 970', and con-
struct a 15" storm sewer and appurtenances from a point
approximately 240' East of the East line of Prospect Avenue
to tho existing 15" storm sewer in Court Street at the West
1ine of Prospect Avenue, a distance of approximately 340',
and construct an 8t! sanitary se\'ler and appurtenances in
Court Street rrom a point approximately 901 West of the
West line of' Greenwood Avenue to the existing gn sanitary
sewer on the West line of Prospect Avenue a distance or
approximate1y 1120 lineal f'eet and construct a pavement
401 in width including curbs in Court Street from the West
line of Greenwood Avenue to the West line of Prospect
Avenue, a distance of 1030 lineal feet.
2. That tho proper officials and employees of the City of
Clearwater shall proceed with said improvements under applicable
provisions of the City Charter.
