WHEREAS H. Lane Ooachman, as Executor, and as
Trust6e ot the Estate of Mae S. Coachman, Deceased, and the
Pinellas Trading Corporation, a Florida Corporation, did -_
by letter dated June 21, 19S1, addressed to the City of
Clearwater, Florida -- otter to convey to the City a right-
ot-way of sixty feet (60r) in width across certain lots
owned by one or more of them in Blocks "A" and "B" of
Coachman Heights SUbdivision, tor an extension of Pierce
Street from Prospect Avenue to Greenwood Avenue, upon certain
termo and conditions in said letter set out, a copy of whioh
letter 1s hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof;
and .
WHEREAS said H. Lane Coachman, as Executor, as Trustee
and as President ot the Pinellas Trading Corporation, has ap-
peared betore the Commission at the City ot Clearwater, Florida,
on June 27, 19S1, and oonsented that said agreement may become
binding nnd final without any further agreements but, on the
other hand, that said otfer and this Resolution together with
the doeds hereinatter mentioned shall constitute the agreement
at the parties; and

Section 3. That the City Engineer be and he is
hereby authorized and directed, within 1 Q days after
June 21, 1951, at the Cityls expense, to BU~vey.. locate and
stake the right-01:-way 1:or the proposed Pierce Street exten-
sion.
Section Subsequent to the laying out 01: said
proposed ex ens on.. that the City will, within I~--
months 1:rom June 21, 1951.. pave.. curb and gutter (in which
latter term is not included storm sewers) Plerce Street from
Prospect Avenue to Greenwood Avenue.. -- said pavement to be
01: the same quality, depth and kind as Prospect Avenue will
be paved from Park to Court Streets; and, if the City deems
it advisable, will also construct sidewalks and that the cost
of such paving, curbing.. guttering and sidewalking shall be
borne by the City.

Section 5. The City agrees that, within two
yea~s trom June 2~, 1951, it will make a diligent and
effort to opon Pierce street across the rights-of-way 01: the
Seaboard Air Lino Railway and the Atlantic Coast Line Railway,
00 as to cor~ect Pierce Street as it now exists east and west
of said rights-01:-way.
