WHEREAS after Public Hearing on the 7th day of Aucust,
A.D. 1950. the Cit.y Commiesion of the City of Cltlarwater,
Florida, determined that certain work and improvements herein-
after described should be done and made and
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto said improvements have been
made as fol10,'Is:
Extend, widen and complete MisSOU1"i Avenue
from Grove Street on the North to Cleveland
Street on the South, including the necessary
paVing, storm sewers, gutters and appurtenances
~nd the installation of sidewalks.
WHEREhS. under the provisions of Section 123 and other
pArtinent provisions of the City Charter, after said improvements
shall have been completed. the City Commission shall assess the
cost thereof against the property abutting the said improvements
so. made.
WHEREAS, certain parcels of real estate abutting said
improvements have been benefited by said improvements and the
pro~rata cost ther'eof should ue 3ssessed against said parcels.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the

assembled) as follows:
1. That the described improvements on Missouri Avenue
from Cleveland Street to Grove Street be and the same are hereby
accepted and approved as having been completed.
