BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City
of 'Clrsarwtater, Florida, in regular meeting assembled on
this 7th day of 'M.,y, A.D. 1951, that those certain premises
described in a certain Lease Agreement dated the 15th day
of August, A.D. 1950, b.-r and between the City of Clearwater,
Florid~,,- as Lessor, and Charles ?;veringh m of Pinellas
County, Florida, as Lessee, are needed for municipal purposes
on and after the 15th day of august, A.D. 1951 and that
the City of Clearwater, F..orida, does hereby terminate all
rights and privileges of the said Lessee, Charles Lveringham
in dnd to said leased premises as of said date of the 15th
day of August, L.D. 1951.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby instructed to furnish the said Lessee, Charles
Everingham with a certified copy of this Resolution.
Adoption of the foregoing Resolution was moved by
Commissioner Turner, seconded by Commissioner Blanton, and
upon vote being taken same was unanimously adopted this
7th day of May, A.D. 1951.
