WHEREAS after Public Hearing on August 7, 1950; the
City Commission of the City of Clearwater,Florida, determined
that certain work and improvements hereinafter described should
be done and made and
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto said improvement's have been made
as follows:
Installation of an 8 inch double strength sanitary
sewer on Bay Esplanade, Clearwater, Beach, Florida,
running approximately 565 feet Northerely from
Clearwater Street, together with the construction of
1 manhole and other necessary appurtenances, and
including the removal and replacement of necessary
portions of said Bay Esplanade in connection with the
above,
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Sec. 123 and other pertinent
provisions of the City Charter, after said improvements shall have
been completed, the City Commission shall assess the cost thereof
against the property abutting the said improvements so made.
+ti'HER,EAS, certain parcels of real estate abutting said improve-
meats have been benefited by said improvements and the pro-rata
cost thereof should be assessed against said parcels.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of theme
