RELEASE OF DEC RATION OF UNITY OF TITLE
WHEREAS, on March February 22, 2005, the City Manager of the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, did execute that certain DECLARATION OF UNITY OF TITLE as
recorded in 0. R. Book 14189, Pages 1940-1941 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS the aforesaid instrument was executed pursuant to the ordinances of
the CrN OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA pertaining to the issuance of building permits and
regulating land development activities, specifically as such may relate to development of
the following described parcels:
1. The Southern half of Lot 6, GREENWOOD MANOR, Parcel #
10/29/15/33498/000/0060, located in Pinellas County, Florida and as
recorded in Plat Book H4, page 86.
2. Lot 7, GREENWOOD MANOR, Parcel # 10/29/15/33498/000/0070,
located in Pinellas County, Florida and as recorded in Plat Book H4, page 86.
3. Lot 8, GREENWOOD MANOR, Parcel # 10/29/15/33498/000/0080,
located in Pinellas County, Florida and as recorded in Plat Book H4, page 86.
4. Lot 9, GREENWOOD MANOR, Parcel # 10/29/15/33498/000/0090,
located in Pinellas County, Florida and as recorded in Plat Book H4, page 86.
5. Lot 10, GREENWOOD MANOR, Parcel # 10/29/15/33498/000/0100,
located in Pinellas County, Florida and as recorded in Plat Book H4, page 86.
WHEREAS, that the purposes for which said instrument was executed are
deemed to no longer be relevant; and,
WHEREAS, as provided therein, said DECLARATION OF UNITY OF TITLE
shall constitute a covenant to run with the land until such time as same may be
released in writing under the order of the City Manager of the City of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, William B. Horne II, City Manager of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, do hereby order and release forever and without exception the
herein described real property from the conditions, limitations and restrictions
imposed thereon in the aforementioned DECLARATION OF UNITY OF TITLE, and
do hereby declare said instrument hereafter null and void in all respects.
