ORDINANCE NO. 6449-99 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 138 FEET NORTH OF DANIEL STREET AND 120 FEET WEST OF CHARLES AVENUE, CONSISTING OF LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 1, ACKER'S. SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH ABUTTING RIGHT- OF-WAY OF STATE ROAD 580, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2729 AND 2733 STATE ROAD 580, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS OFFICE (O); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance Is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: J Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Pro a Zoninq District See Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Office (O) (ANX 99-07-13) Section 2. The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 6447-99.
