CITY OF CLEARWATER, FL�RIDA:
Sectior� 1. Subsection (7) of sec#ion 30.061, Code of Ordinances, is
amended to read as folfows:
Sec. 3Q.06�l. Fines.
Any person w�o �iolates any of the pravisians of this artic�e shall be
subject, �pon conviction, to a�ne as follows:
(1) �vertime parking, whether metered or unmetered
(2) fmproper parking
{3} Double parki�g
_ (4) No parking zone, including but no# limited to parking
without permit, near fireplug, in reserved space, in
alley, on sidewalk, near railroad, near intersection,
in driveway,loading zone, over curb in parkway

(9} � 1n addition ta the other penalt�es provided for herein ti�ere is hereby
,. imposed a sutcharge of $5.OQ on all parking �nes to be used for �und�ng a school
crossing guard program. This surcharge shalt be paid by the clerk of t�e circuit
court into the schoo! crossing guard trust fund, a specfal rever�ue fund
maintained by the city. Funds collec#ed from this surcharge shall be distributed
quarterly to fund a school crossing guard program as a�t�orized by Section
316.fi60(3)� Florida Statu#es (1992 Supp.).
