AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING THE NORTHERLY 4 FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY 10
FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT, IN LOT 102,
COUNTRYSIDE TRACT 56 UNIT 1, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, George R. and Elizabeth W, Lucas, owners of real property located in the City
of Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the drainage and utility easement depicted in
Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for municipal
use and It is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public that the same be
vacated, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
The Northerly 4 feet of the Southerly 10 foot Drainage and Utility Easement, lying
in Lot 102, Countryside Tract 56 Unit 1, as recorded in Plat Book 80, Pages 33
through 35 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater releases all of its right, title and
interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public records of Pinellas
County, Florida, following adoption.
