AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, VACATING THE WEST 5 FT. OF THE NORTH 60
FT. OF THAT 10 FT. DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LYING ALONG THE EASTERLY LOT LINE OF LOT 371
FEATHER TREE SUBDIVISION; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, David and Robin Livemois, owner of real property located In the City
of Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the drainage and utility easement
depicted in Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be tc the best Interest of the City and the general public
that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section . The following:
The west 5 ft. of the north 60 ft. of that 10 ft. drainage and utility
easement lying along the easterly lot line of Lot 37, Feather Tree
r? Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 901, Pages 74 and 75 of the
..N. Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
is hereby vacated and the City of Clearwater hereby releases all of its right, title and
interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public records of
Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
