AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING THE SOUTHERLY TWO FEET OF THE NORTHERLY
FIVE FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT OF LOT 6, SUNSET RIDGE
SUBDIVISION; PROVINNG AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, William and Irene Waitt, owners of real property located in the City of
Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the utility easement depicted in Exhibit A attached
hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement Is not necessary for municipal
use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public that the same be
vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
