WHEREAS, Jay and Lir�da Polglaze, own�rs of reai property located in the City o�
C3earwater, has requested tha# the City vacate t�re utility easement depicted in Exhibit A
attached here#o; and
WHEREAS, #he City Commission #inds t�at said easement is not n�cessary for

that the same be vacat�d; now, therefore,
