The Director of Planning and Development is authorized to transmit to the Pinellas County Planning Council an application to amend the Countywide Plan in order to achieve consistency with the Future Land Use Plan .Element of the'City's Comprehensive Plan as amended by this ordinance. The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the County Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption, jand shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days after adoption.
